Full-spectrum warmth
Near-, mid- and far-infrared wavelengths create radiant warmth without the steam of a traditional sauna, inviting an unhurried visit.

Step into your own quiet moment. Solace's private full-spectrum infrared sauna brings together enveloping warmth, a built-in LED light feature and the freedom to listen to your favourite tunes through Bluetooth speakers.
A private space to pause from the demands of the day. Enjoy the warmth, choose your own music or embrace the quiet, and make the ritual yours.
Near-, mid- and far-infrared wavelengths create radiant warmth without the steam of a traditional sauna, inviting an unhurried visit.
The sauna includes its own LED light therapy feature. It is separate from Solace's bookable LED Therapy Panel.
Connect your favourite tunes through the speakers, or simply enjoy a little stillness.
There is a shower to rinse off after your sauna visit, when you feel ready.
As your body responds to heat, blood flow toward the skin, heart rate and blood pressure can change for a time. That gentle sense of warmth and circulation is part of what many guests enjoy.
After movement, a little quiet in the warmth can feel like a welcome transition. Far-infrared sauna has been studied as part of post-exercise recovery, assisting in the prevention of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
Warmth can feel comforting when the body carries stiffness or tension. Studies show that people with arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis report less pain and stiffness during and after infrared sauna sessions.
Step away from the demands of the day and let warmth, stillness and the sauna's integrated LED atmosphere set a gentler rhythm. Some guests value the quiet as much as the heat: a moment to breathe, listen to music or simply be. Studies show that infrared saunas lower cortisol and assist in switching off the stress response. The warmth also encourages a transition from the sympathetic (“fight-or-flight”) nervous system to the parasympathetic (“rest-and-digest”) state, accompanied by a decrease in cortisol and a release of endorphins.
Research context: far-infrared heat and cardiovascular response, post-exercise recovery and an arthritis pilot. These studies used specific heat settings and populations, not Solace's exact full-spectrum sauna with integrated LED light. Individual experiences vary.
After your infrared sauna, give yourself 10–30 minutes before showering if that feels right for you. Your body does not instantly stop responding to the warmth when you step out. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, which heats the air around you, infrared wavelengths warm the body directly from the inside out. This lingering post-sauna “burn phase” can continue after the sauna switches off; showering immediately can cut the natural wind-down short.
Infrared warmth reaches deep into muscle tissue and fat layers, so your core temperature can remain elevated after you leave. Your body continues directing blood toward the skin and perspiring, releasing heavy metals and metabolic waste through sweat. A sudden cold shower can make pores close quickly, trapping residual sweat and toxins just beneath the skin and potentially causing irritation. A hot shower, meanwhile, adds more heat stress when your body is already working to cool itself.
Sauna heat widens your blood vessels and can lower blood pressure. Moving straight into a shower—especially a warm one—can prolong that dilation, letting blood pressure fall further. The result may be postural hypotension: sudden lightheadedness, dizziness or even fainting while standing on a slippery shower floor. Pause until you feel steady before you step in.
Your heart can work harder during an infrared sauna, in a way that resembles the cardiovascular effort of a moderate workout. A 15-minute gap gives your heart rate and breathing space to return gently toward their usual rhythm.
In a small study of 32 people with heart failure, a 15-minute far-infrared sauna session was followed by measurable heart-rate and diastolic blood-pressure changes 30 minutes later. It offers context for a gentle cool-down, but does not establish that everyone must wait 30 minutes before showering.
Your 45-minute sauna session is followed by 15 minutes of room time for showering and changing. If your preferred 10–15-minute cool-down leaves too little time to shower and change—or you would rather wait the full 30 minutes—please plan to shower at home; the room will be needed for the next guest.
Wear swimwear for your private infrared sauna visit.
Bring a towel for the sauna and your shower afterward. Water is available at Solace. If you'd like to use the Bluetooth speakers, have your favourite music ready to connect.
Your sauna session is 45 minutes. Solace Society members may redeem moments; the member moment requirement and standard guest price will be confirmed. The room remains yours for 15 minutes afterward for showering and changing. Please vacate by the end of that time so it is available for the next guest.
